Ninjitsu based self-defence techniques which incorporate striking, locks, holds, takedowns, grappling and weapons training.
Our training is based around real life scenarios to help the trainee develop seft-confidence, good fitness levels and mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
All that is needed to take part is appropriate clothing and a can do attitude.
