Our kickboxing sessions are a middle ground between Muay Thai and Western Boxing. We practice techniques from both arts.
Every session offers a full body workout which is great for cardio and strength conditioning.
Kickboxing is a globally recognised skill and a great art for building self-confidence.
All that is needed to take part is appropriate clothing and a can do attitude, gloves can be provided but are limited and a gum shield is recommended.
